We currently field teams for players ages 6–14, organized by age bracket in the NFL Flag Football league format. Reach out to confirm availability for your athlete's age group in the current season.

No prior experience is required. We evaluate all athletes — beginner through advanced — on fundamentals, coachability, and athleticism. What matters most is attitude and effort.

Evaluations take place during our clinics and evaluation sessions, typically 60–90 minutes. Players rotate through stations covering route running, catching, flag pulling, and agility. Coaching staff evaluates each athlete individually.

Spring and fall seasons each run approximately 8–10 weeks with weekly games. Practice frequency varies by team age group. We also offer off-season training clinics and development sessions year-round.

We compete in the official NFL Flag Football league program — the same flag format used at the NFL Pro Bowl Skills competition. This gives our players access to official NFL Flag events and recognition.
